All Residence halls exterior doors are equipped with electronic door access locks. Resident students will be given a Electronic Door Access Key FOB to enter the residence hall where they live.
Present the FOB at the reader located by the main door, the door will unlock for a brief period of time. Access events are recorded by your name so please do not lend out your FOB.
Residence Hall Interior Doors
Trilogy FOB and Mechanical Keys
Residents of Constitution, Laurel, Nutmeg & Occum Halls will receive a Trilogy Key FOB for your bedroom/suite access.
Residents of Burnap, Burr, Crandall, Windham Street Apartments, Noble, Occum and Winthrop Halls will receive a Mechanical Key for bedroom/suite access.
Residence Hall Exterior Door Key FOBs are replaced at Card Services. Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm Wood Support Services, 2nd Floor
There is a $15 replacement fee that can be paid with EXPRESS CASH, check or the charge can be placed on your university bill. You can pay your bill in eWeb with a debit or credit card. Charges can also be paid at the Cashier's Office.
Residence Hall Interior Door Trilogy Key FOBs and Mechanical Keys should be reported lost at your residence hall. The hall will complete a work order to Facilities Key Shop for replacement.
Replacement charge will be placed on your university bill which can be paid through eWeb with debit or credit card. Charges can also be paid at the Cashier's Office.
Door Access Information
Students keep the same Residence Hall Exterior Door Key FOB for the time they are living in on-campus housing. If your housing assignment changes the access is updated electronically.
Do not turn your Exterior Door Key FOB into your hall when moving out of the building.
Residents of Burnap, Burr, Constitution, Crandall, Laurel, Noble, Nutmeg, Occum, Winthrop and Windham Street Apartments should turn in their bedroom/suite Trilogy Key FOB and/or Mechanical Key when moving out of the building.
