Measles Immunization

Connecticut State Law requires that students born after December 31, 1956 submit proof of, or exemption from, immunization against measles and rubella, in order to register or attend classes. Students with incomplete measles immunization records and/or incomplete health forms will not be permitted to register for semester classes until cleared by Health Service Staff.
