Paul Kaplitz established the Mae K. Kaplitz Memorial Music Fund in 1995 in memory of his wife, Mae. Her lifelong love of music, especially vocal performance, inspired Mr. Kaplitz to create this endowed scholarship, which is awarded to a music student active in the University’s choral organizations and demonstrating unmet financial need.
