The University Honors Program supports Eastern’s liberal arts mission by:

Offering academically talented students an avenue to demonstrate competencies characteristic of liberally educated students
Contributing to the enrichment of Eastern’s intellectual climate
Providing standards, curricula and learning approaches that serve as model educational practices at the University

The Honors Program is academically challenging and prepares graduates to become leaders in their communities, exhibiting the highest standards of ethical and intellectual integrity.

Incoming students must apply to the Honors Program before February 1 of their senior year of high school. Learn more about the Application and Admission Process.
