All visits to the Health Service are by appointment. Call us at (860) 465-5263 to schedule an appointment. The earlier in the day you call for an appointment, the better chance you will be seen the same day.
When booking the appointment, make sure you mention all the reasons you want to be seen. This will allow us to book the proper amount of time. For example, if you have a cold but also hurt your knee- let us know you want to be seen for both issues.
If you walk in without an appointment, you will be seen by the next available provider. Most likely the next available appointment will be several hours. This is why we encourage you to call for an appointment.
Students who require urgent medical attention will be seen immediately.

Closed daily for lunch from 1-2 p.m.
We will make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be on time.
If you are 10 minutes late or more, out of consideration for your fellow students, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment. Also, if you cannot keep your appointment, please call us to cancel as soon as possible so that the time slot can be used by another student.
