Guests & Accessible Event Planning

Reasonable accommodations may be requested by programs, departments, and event organizers at the request of guests and visitors with disabilities. Reasonable accommodations do not fundamentally alter the institution’s policies or programs and do not place an undue hardship on the institution. The university does not provide personal accommodations, such as wheelchairs, personal care assistance, sign language interpreters, etc.

Arrangements for accommodations should be made at least 10 business days in advance to the visitation date. You may reach out to directly to the program coordinator, department, or event organizer or host to request an accommodation.

You may also contact the University Police for the most up to date parking information at 860-465-5502 during regular business hours and 860-465-5310 after hours. Regular business hours are 8-5 Mondays through Fridays.
