Graduation Application

Undergraduate Students MUST apply for graduation by submitting the Application for Degree form. You MUST use your Eastern e-mail credentials to access the form. Once you submit the form, you will not be able to resubmit. If changes are necessary, you can find information on how to update this information here.

Please Note:

*If you plan to complete 2 degrees, an overall 150 credits is required.

*Students should consult their Faculty Advisor(s) or the Academic Services Center to make sure all graduation requirements are met or to discuss plans to meet your remaining requirements prior to the graduation date.

*Graduate students apply for graduation through the Graduate Division. The graduate degree application can be found on the Graduate Division Forms page.
