Initial steps to take when you begin planning a Global Field Course:

1. Review 2023-24 Guidelines Document 
2. Review Application format
3. Conceptualize course and discuss with Department Chair and Department Scheduler (To apply, you will need program description, syllabus, approximate travel itinerary, and budget). Approval will be required from Department Chair, Dean, Global Learning Coordinator, and Provost
4. Create initial travel itinerary with dates
5. Use internet resources and Travel Service Provider estimates to create an initial rough Budget Sheet
