Getting to know the resources on campus is an important part of being successful throughout your academic journey. Becoming familiar with what Eastern has to offer is a good way to plan and be prepared for success. Sometimes all you need is a little support along the way and having this information may be helpful. All these support services are free to Eastern students.
Eastern Student Support Program (ESSP)
Meet with an OAS Coach for a one-on-one meeting about topics like note taking, scheduling, procrastination, study skills, time management, and more at Eastern Student Support Program Booking Link to make an appointment.
Academic Success Center
The Academic Success Center offers specific content tutors. Follow the prompts to schedule an appointment. They have tutors for various subjects, as well as a Writing Center and Math Achievement Center. The Academic Success Center is the main hub for academic and content specific help, outside of asking your professor directly or meeting with them during office hours.
Advising Center
Visit the Advising Center for guidance on setting your educational goals. They can also provide guidance on adjusting your academic plans and determining when courses are offered.
Housing & Residential Life
Eastern’s Housing and Residential Life department provides various residential halls and activities throughout the year that allow students to participate and enjoy life on campus. Students seeking a housing accommodation must register with the OAS.

The Office of Career Success resources and counselors will support and guide your career journey.

SensusAccess for the Eastern Community
Visit our SensusAccess page to learn how to transform documents into various digital formats using SensusAccess! SensusAccess is a self-service application tool that converts files into other digital formats. One can also book a 1:1 session for guidance on evaluating the digital accessibility levels of files.
Sustainability and Dining Services
The Dining Services home page provides food options regarding healthy options and other selections. Menu options are listed on the Chartwells Dining Services page.
Accessible parking and building entrances and exits can be viewed on the Accessibility Map. You may also contact the University Police for the most up to date parking information at 860-465-5502 during regular business hours and 860-465-5310 after hours. Regular business hours are 8-5 Mondays through Fridays.
