The Budget Office reports directly to the Vice President of Finance and Administration. The office is responsible for budget development, execution, administration, reporting and monitoring of operating and capital equipment budgets. This includes providing financial support for pricing strategies for the tuition and fee proposal; coordinating the spending plan process to develop the university’s budget in conjunction with the BOR and university leaders; appraising senior management and department heads on actual performance versus budget; and assisting the University community in fulfilling their stewardship role.
