Dear Eastern Connecticut State University Colleagues,

Eastern Connecticut State University values diversity in hiring and recognizes the importance of promoting a policy of non-discrimination in employment. Each year, in accordance with section 46a-68-34 of the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities regulations, the University affirmative action policies and affirmative action plan are made available for review by the Eastern Connecticut State University campus community. The University's Affirmative Action Plan (Part 1, Part 2) is approved by the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.
